General Description
Studio-quality RGB video scaler optimized for UHD / 4K digital scaling solutions. Support for 2 x pixels/clock with 600 MHz effective pixel clock rate or better. Simple input/output interfaces compatible with AXI4-stream. No frame buffer or external memory required.

- Generates one scaled output frame for every input frame
- No external frame buffer or external memory requirement
- Supports 300 MHz+ operation on mid-range FPGA devices
(i.e. equivalent to 600 MHz+ @ 2 x pixels / clock)
